Calling all hands is basically where you send notice and a whistle to everyone in the crew with a button to quickly board your ship. Awesome feature indeed. But this feature have a major cons. It annoys the crap out of everyone. We be chilling, playing some swordfight or spades and wheeeeee, the whistle pop up. It can also make other people's jobbers accidentally leave ship and board yours. So use it appropriately.
How to use CAH:
1. Press the duty navigation wheel and press the manage jobbers
2. Press call all hands
3. Pick your setting. Always remember to uncheck in port/sailing and in battle unless it is very necessary.The reasons will be explain after this.
Here a few things to keep in mind when using CAH,
1. If you gonna use it frequently for example in brigand king hunts, let the crew know so they can mentally prepare and also avoid accidentally board your ship.
2. Remember to uncheck the 'In port/Sailing' and 'In battle' settings as these setting will send whistle to all the people on ships. If someone on a ship, it is safe to assume that they are doing something and will not appreciate being disturb. Worse if a jobber accidentally press the board button and leave their ship mid battle, their commanding officer will not be happy. This could lead to serious argument and it will be your fault, not the jobber for pressing the button. So always, ALWAYS! remember to uncheck those two settings.
